Use Case
Background Music for Chaturbate Streams
Cam streaming is the worst-case test for music licensing. A typical broadcast runs three to twelve hours, gets clipped by viewers and reposted to other platforms, and lives on archive sites the streamer has no control over. Any track with a Content ID registration anywhere in that chain is a chargeback waiting to happen. erosound tracks are unregistered, the license explicitly permits adult cam use, and the pack tiers are sized for full-shift broadcasts without anything looping.

Why cam streaming breaks most royalty-free music libraries
A subscription music library is structured around a typical YouTuber: short clips, a known catalog, audio fingerprinting whitelisted with major platforms. Cam streaming inverts every one of those assumptions. The set is long, viewers are global, clips end up on tube sites the streamer never uploaded to, and Chaturbate's own audio compression mangles the fingerprint anyway.
The clauses that matter when reading any music TOS for cam use: any prohibition on adult content (most have one), any requirement to credit the artist on-screen (impractical during a stream), any per-platform registration (immediately voided when a clip is reposted). erosound's license does not have any of those clauses. The full license is at /license.
Pack sizing for cam shifts
A cam shift varies wildly by streamer. Some run two-hour shows, some go six, the dedicated few run twelve-plus. The pack sizing maps directly:
- 3 Hour Pack ($15) — one shift, no repeat tracks. Good for streamers running shorter sessions or rotating between two or three packs across the week.
- 6 Hour Pack ($27) — the median shift. 180 tracks at 320kbps. Press shuffle at the start of the show, do not touch it again.
- 12 Hour Pack ($39) — full long-shift coverage with margin. 360 unique tracks, zero overlap with any other erosound pack you own. The math here is roughly 11 cents per track.
For streamers who do multi-month residencies on Chaturbate, buy one After Dark Beats 12 Hour Pack and one Warm Daytime Lofi 12 Hour Pack. Mood-switch between the two depending on the time of day, and you have 720 unique tracks of broadcast-safe rotation for a one-time payment of $78.
Genre fit by stream type
The two most-purchased genres for cam streamers map cleanly to two stream archetypes. After Dark Beats is the slow, hypnotic, low-BPM (60-72) atmospheric R&B that fits a tip-show or private-show frame, where the energy is intimate and sustained. Warm Daytime Lofi is the upbeat, sunlit, melodic mid-tempo (78-90 BPM) that works for daytime cam sessions and Just Chatting blocks. Cam streamers who do both modes during the same show often own one pack of each and switch playlists during the show.
Dark Trap is the third option for streamers who lean into the cinematic, hard-hitting menace. Slow, 808-driven, atmospheric. Closer to a SoundCloud rap mood than a club night.
Recording, clipping, archive sites
Chaturbate streams are routinely recorded by viewers and redistributed on tube sites the streamer cannot control. This is the long-tail risk that breaks per-platform music licenses. The track follows the recording. If it is fingerprinted anywhere, the streamer's own face is now tied to a copyright claim on someone else's upload.
erosound tracks have no fingerprint registered anywhere. We run our own master and have made the deliberate choice not to participate in any audio fingerprinting service. That choice is unusual in the music-licensing market and is one of the load-bearing reasons cam creators specifically buy from us.

Common questions
- Will Chaturbate mute my stream for the audio?
- No. Chaturbate does not run real-time audio fingerprinting on broadcasts. Even if it did, erosound tracks are not registered with any fingerprinting service, so they would not match anything.
- What about MyFreeCams, Stripchat, or BongaCams?
- Same answer. The license is platform-agnostic. Anywhere you cam, the tracks are cleared. We have customers on all the major cam sites.
- How long until tracks repeat in a 6 hour pack?
- Average track is 2 minutes 5 seconds, so 180 tracks is roughly 6 hours and 15 minutes of unique audio. If you shuffle, you will not hear any track twice during a 6 hour shift unless your shift runs over.
- Can I stream from OBS with these tracks running locally?
- Yes. Drop the MP3s into a media player or playlist on the same machine running OBS, route the audio through your scene mixer, you are good. Same setup as any DJ or background-music workflow.
- What if I get a DMCA claim from somewhere I cross-posted a clip?
- Email support@erosound.com with the claim details. We will provide proof of original ownership and the license terms. To date this has not happened.
- Are these tracks copyrighted?
- Yes, in the sense that we own the copyright. The license you buy grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use them in your work. What you do not get is the right to redistribute the raw audio or claim authorship of the tracks themselves.
