Use Case
Can You Play Music on Chaturbate?
Yes, you can play music on Chaturbate if you have a license for it. Popular songs do not come with one, and most royalty-free libraries ban adult use in their terms. Section 2 of the erosound license allows adult and sexually explicit content, including live cam shows. Packs start at $15 and run up to 13h 15m, so one pack can cover a long show. You pay with Bitcoin, and the download includes a license PDF.

What to check in a music license for cam shows
Many music licenses are written for YouTube videos. Cam shows are different. They are live, they run for hours, and viewers can record clips and post them on other sites.
Check 3 things before you use a track on Chaturbate. First, the license must allow adult content. Most libraries ban it. Second, it should not make you credit the artist on screen, which is hard to do live. Third, it should not be limited to one platform or channel, because clips of your show can end up anywhere. The erosound license passes all 3.
Pack sizes for a Chaturbate show
Pick a pack that plays longer than your usual show, so tracks do not repeat. R&B Beats comes in 3 sizes:
- 3 Hour Pack ($15): 64 tracks, 3h 15m.
- 6 Hour Pack ($27): 123 tracks, 6h 18m.
- 12 Hour Pack ($39): 249 tracks, 12h 16m.
Dark Trap also comes in 3 sizes, at the same prices: 90 tracks (3h 26m), 180 tracks (6h 43m), and 360 tracks (13h 15m). Warm Daytime Lofi comes in 3 volumes of 90 tracks, each a little over 3 hours, for $15 each. No track appears in more than one pack.
If you stream most days, the R&B Beats bundle has all 3 packs: 436 tracks and 21h 49m of music for $59.
Which genre fits your show
- R&B Beats: slow R&B with deep bass and no vocals. It fits tip shows and private shows with a slow pace.
- Warm Daytime Lofi: warm, mid-tempo lofi. It works for daytime shows and chat, and it is easy to talk over.
- Dark Trap: slow and heavy, with 808 bass. It fits shows with a darker look.
- After Hours Deep House: a steady beat at about 123 BPM. It fits dance and high-energy shows.
How to play the music in your stream
Unzip the pack into a folder on the computer you stream from. In OBS, add a VLC Video Source, add the folder, and turn on shuffle. VLC must be installed on the same computer. You can also play the folder in any media player and send that audio into your stream.
Keep the music well below your voice. Make a short test recording and check the levels before you go live.
When viewers record and repost your show
Viewers sometimes record shows and post clips on other sites. You cannot control those uploads. If a clip has a popular song in it, the rights holder can file a claim against it.
We do not register the music with Content ID or any similar system. Those claims will not come from us. A platform or third party can still flag audio. Keep the license PDF, and email support@erosound.com with the track name and claim details if a clip is flagged.
Packs from $15. Bundles of several packs cost less. Download after payment. No account needed.
Common questions
- Can you play music on Chaturbate?
- Yes, if you have a license for the music. Popular songs and most stock libraries do not cover adult live streams. Section 2 of the erosound license allows adult and sexually explicit content, and it is not tied to one platform. Every pack includes the license as a PDF.
- Will Chaturbate mute my stream because of the music?
- We cannot speak for how Chaturbate checks audio. Any platform can flag or mute audio. We do not register the music with Content ID or any similar system. A claim will not come from us. If audio is flagged, keep your license PDF and email support@erosound.com with the track name and claim details.
- Can I play Spotify or Apple Music on my show?
- No. Those services are for personal listening. Their terms do not let you play songs in a public or paid broadcast. The songs belong to labels that have not licensed them to you.
- Does the same license work on Stripchat, MyFreeCams, or BongaCams?
- Yes. The license is not tied to one site, and it names cam streaming platforms as an allowed use. If you stream to several sites at once, one pack covers all of them.
- How long until tracks repeat in a 6 Hour Pack?
- About 6 hours and 18 minutes for R&B Beats, and 6 hours and 43 minutes for Dark Trap. If your player plays every track once before it repeats, a 6 hour show has no repeats.
- Can I stream from OBS with the tracks playing on my computer?
- Yes. Add the folder to a VLC Video Source in OBS. Or play it in a media player and send that audio into OBS. It is the same setup you would use for any background music.
- Can I use the music in recorded shows I sell later?
- Yes. The license covers live shows and the recordings you sell, such as clips on ManyVids or your own site.
